QA/QC Introduction

We have a specialized Quality Control Department, which employs a team of highly qualified and experienced engineers. Inspection sites have been set up to cover every process, from screening of incoming materials through to testing of finished products. With all processes conducted in accordance with ISO9001 standards, all of our batteries are CE and UL certified.

Quality is ensured using the following instruments and facilities:
1) Chemical laboratory: staff in this facility conduct analysis of incoming materials and general QC procedures, thereby guaranteeing that all production materials meet our stringent quality standards.
2) Automatic inspection machine: every battery leaving our factory is tested for high-rate discharge, internal resistance, OCV and leakage. Thus, we can ensure consistent product quality and reliability.
3) Electrical laboratory: our main processing and testing equipments are of famous brands, being used for conducting cycle life, float life, safety and vibration tests to ensure product reliability.
